These Terms of Sale govern in-app purchases made within the Veste ou Pas application, published by Altaris.
1. Purpose of Sale
The Application offers a free version funded by advertising. The Publisher offers a single paid option called "Premium" that unlocks:
Complete removal of all advertisements.
Unlimited access to AI models (Gemini).
Access to Widgets and smartwatch applications.
2. Definition of "Lifetime Premium"
The term "Lifetime" explicitly means the COMMERCIAL LIFESPAN of the Application as operated by the Publisher, and in no way refers to the biological lifespan of the Buyer.
The Buyer will benefit from Premium features as long as the Application remains published and maintained.
The Publisher reserves the sovereign right to remove the Application from platforms or permanently shut down servers.
In the event of definitive discontinuation, with or without notice, NO refund, compensation, or financial remedy of any kind will be provided.
Payment is firm, flat-rate, and final.
3. Payment Methods
Payment is processed by the native in-app purchase systems of Apple or Google. The Publisher never has access to your financial information.
4. Waiver of Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, the 14-day right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content without physical medium.
