This policy informs the user about the nature and use of data collected by the Veste ou Pas Application published by Altaris. This application was designed with a principle of total data minimization (Privacy-By-Design).
On first launch, the Application generates an anonymous identifier via Google Firebase. The Application never requires an account, email address, or password. This identifier is used solely to store your preferences (city, cold sensitivity, Premium status). If uninstalled, your profile is irretrievably lost.
To function, the Application sends to the Google Gemini model a request containing no personal data, only: climate environment, cold tolerance, and requested activity.
The "GPS" button transmits your coordinates to Open-Meteo to obtain local weather. This location data is never saved, shared, or archived by the Publisher.
The free Application integrates the AdMob SDK (Google). A temporary advertising identifier is used to display ads. Under GDPR, a consent message is presented at first launch. You can refuse targeted ads. In Premium mode, ad tracking is completely disabled.
The Publisher does not sell, rent, or share any personal data with third parties.
In accordance with GDPR, you can delete your data at any time via Settings → Information → "Delete my data." After 6 months of inactivity, a Cloud Function automatically cleans up inactive identifiers.
